These terms govern every interaction with the DJZS audit gate, by humans and by autonomous software. Reading them costs nothing. Ignoring them does not exempt you from them.
The services at djzs.ai and mcp.djzs.ai (the "Service") are operated by DJZS AI, LLC, a California limited liability company (the "Operator").
The Service performs deterministic, adversarial logic audits of submitted trade intents and related assertions. A call returns a verdict (such as PASS, WAIT, or FAIL), a risk score, defect flags, cryptographic hashes of the submitted intent and verdict, and, where applicable, an on-chain Proof-of-Logic receipt.
The Service audits the internal logic of what you submitted. It does not evaluate whether a trade will make money.
Nothing produced by the Service is investment, financial, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and no output is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any instrument or market. No fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship is created by use of the Service.
A PASS verdict means the submitted logic survived the audit. It is not a prediction, an endorsement, or a signal to act. All trading decisions, and all outcomes of those decisions, are yours alone.
Paid calls are priced per request and settled via the x402 protocol in USDC on Base. The price for each resource is advertised in that resource's HTTP 402 payment challenge at the time of the call.
Once a payment is settled on-chain, it is final and non-refundable. Blockchain settlement cannot be reversed by the Operator.
Out-of-scope submissions are refused without charge: if the Service refuses your request on scope grounds, settlement of your payment authorization is not executed and no funds move. This uncharged-refusal behavior is a design property of the Service, not a discretionary courtesy, and it does not apply to in-scope calls that return a verdict you dislike.
Transmitting a payment authorization to the Service, or otherwise using it, constitutes acceptance of these terms. If the caller is software (an agent, bot, script, or any autonomous system), then the person or entity that deployed, operates, or benefits from that software accepts these terms and is bound by them, and warrants that it controls, and is authorized to spend from, the paying wallet.
A machine-readable pointer to these terms is published at /.well-known/x402.json and in the payment metadata of each priced resource.
The Service may publish cryptographic hashes of submitted intents, verdicts, risk scores, and Proof-of-Logic certificates to public, permanent infrastructure, including the Base blockchain and permanent storage networks. Such publication is irrevocable and cannot be deleted by the Operator.
Do not submit confidential information, personal data, private keys, or anything you cannot tolerate being hashed and receipted forever. Submission is your representation that you have the right to submit the content.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not use it to facilitate activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction, will not attempt to disrupt or degrade the Service, and will not attempt to extract internal system behavior beyond the documented inputs and outputs. The Operator may refuse, rate-limit, or terminate service to any caller at any time, including without stated reason.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (blockchains, payment facilitators, data venues, and networks) that the Operator does not control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid for the specific call giving rise to the claim. In no event is the Operator liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or trading losses, even if advised of the possibility.
You will indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading or market activity, your submissions, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
These terms are versioned. The current version is published at this URL; the version identifier appears in the document header above. Continued use of the Service after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of that version. Material changes take effect on publication.
