What the tool is // 01 · and is not

verify_pm_trade is an automated logic audit. It analyzes the reasoning in a trade thesis and returns a verdict computed by a deterministic engine. It is informational only. It is not financial, investment, trading, or legal advice; it does not predict outcomes; a PASS is not a recommendation to trade and does not mean a trade will be profitable. Verdicts can be wrong. Extraction can misread an intent (abstention exists for exactly this reason). You — or your agent — act entirely at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own decisions and their consequences.

No warranty // 02

The tool, site, certificates, trust scores, and every related surface are provided as is, without warranty of any kind — express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. No guarantee of availability, accuracy, or continuity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of, reliance on, or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific audit giving rise to the claim.

Payments // 03 · x402, final, non-custodial

The audit costs 2.00 USDC per call on Base mainnet over x402. Payment is non-custodial: your EIP-3009 signature authorizes a transfer from your wallet directly to the DJZS treasury; the facilitator submits it and pays the gas. You sign the exact amount — nothing more can be taken. Payments are final: they settle on-chain and cannot be reversed or refunded. An in-scope audit is charged whatever the verdict — WAIT, FAIL, or an extraction failsafe — because the charge pays for running the audit, not for a particular verdict. Out-of-scope requests are refused free: when the engine returns in_scope: false, no payment is settled and your balance is unchanged. The free tools (query_pol_certificates, query_agent_trust) cost nothing.

Permanent public records // 04 · read before you submit

Every in-scope audit anchors a ProofOfLogic certificate to the Irys datachain — permanent and public, including extracted quotes from the intent you submitted. If you pass agent_address, the verdict is also written to a public on-chain trust record on Base. Neither can be edited or deleted by anyone, including us. Do not submit secrets, private keys, personal data, or anything you would not publish.

Privacy // 05

No accounts, no logins, no cookies set by this site. Cloudflare serves the site and provides basic aggregate analytics (the beacon script). Submitted intents are processed to produce the audit — including LLM extraction — and survive only in the public certificate described above. Wallet addresses involved in payment or trust records are public on-chain data by nature.

Your responsibility // 06 · use, indemnity, jurisdiction

You confirm that you may lawfully use this service and trade in your jurisdiction, and that the venue you are trading on is available to you. The audit reads the reasoning you submit — it does not check venue eligibility, quoted prices, or whether an instrument has already settled. Those are yours to verify.

You agree to hold the operator harmless from any claim arising from your use of the service, your trading decisions, or the content you submit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
